Default Extra storage for Customized items

I know there have been a large number of extra storage requests in the past, but how about an extra storage space that's limited to customized items? For 1K, you can get a personal storage for that character that will allow him (and only that character) to store any items that have been customized from him. That would allow someone to store spare armor sets, customized weapons not being used atm, etc.

In fact it might actually encourage people to customize items more or to buy things like armor more. I say this because I'd like to get one of my warriors 2-3 more armor sets just to look different every now and then, but I'm so limited on space right now, that isn't even remotely possible. Or for another example, my warrior doesn't need to be carrying around a 1+1 sword, axe, and hammer helmet at the same time as well as 1+3 versions of all 3. Or I have 3 or 4 crafter katanas I've customized but no reason to carry all of them at once nor do I need to carry that customized axe or two when I'm set up for swords. I could just stick them into personal storage when I don't need them.

I like this idea - I collect scythes so I have a whole lot of customised weapons. I also have 2 armour sets. I can't imagine it would imblanace the game, as it doesent allow for accumulation of money as the items can't be sold. In fact, it even acts as a money sink by encouraging people to get more armour weapons!

Great money sink.

Would come in handy for Skill hunters that change classes every once in a while also.

My N/mo has 3 suits or armor in her inventory and 3 weapon sets, and I haven't even begun changing secondaries, which I'm sure will require alot more space.

Something like 2-3 pages for Armor, and 1 page for weapons.

Double signed then.

I end up selling dyes I'd rather save because I just don't have the room as is, unless I shuffle it alll over to a mule, and thhat's just annoying, especially when you dust them off for use.

I've always liked the customized item storage option, as it's the most economically neutral and among the most useful storage expansion suggestions out there.

Same here. Nearly half my storage is taken with dyes. I know I could sell some but I always find I need em at some point so I'm loathed to get rid of them now. ANY kind of extra storage would be welcome.

I dont know - Isnt the fact that the game has limited storage space part of the game? To encourage storage management and make the player make decisions about which goods to keep and which to throw/sell away? Is it perhaps an issue with having one account with several thousand items rotting away in a corner for maybe one day to be used taking up lots of megabytes of diskspace? (where are our accounts held btw??) Why should this kind of storage get any more consideration than key storage dye storage collectible item storage holy hoarding hoaders batman.... ah dont mistake this for a flame its in no way a knockdown.

Gimme more space as well.

We prettymuch need more storage, if anything just increase the storage slots from 20 to 40 or something, the festive hat storage is nice. atleast cleared up 6 slots in my inventory. An armor storage is usefull and i would welcome it very much. storing dye's. well maybe but the only dye's that are worth storing are black, white and perhaps red or silver, the others are so cheap, not worth storing them.

Now the main reason why the normal storage should be bigger is this. As the game started nearly 2 years ago we had 6 professions, you could say that 20 slots is enough for that, and if you play it right then indeed 20 slots is good. Now we have 10 professions and still have 20 slots for items and mainly weapons, though i am very happy with the crafting material storage. we need more slots to put our weapons in, i mean you can only store so much, and then you want to keep festive items as well, like Candy cane weapons or fruitcakes. seriously 20 slots isnt enough for 10 different professions, and it happens that i have 11 character slots so i always have a storage problem.

Thank you!
